Our rigid lorries
Our curtainside rigid lorries are built for palletised freight. The curtain sides open fully, so pallets can be loaded and unloaded by forklift from the side at warehouses, distribution centres and industrial units. Before booking we check the number of pallets, their size and the total weight so the right vehicle turns up on the day.

What can you carry by rigid lorry?
Palletised goods and general freight – for example stock for wholesalers and retailers, raw materials and finished goods for manufacturers, packaging, and ambient food and drink. Tell us what you are moving and we will confirm the right vehicle.
How many pallets can you take?
It depends on the pallet size, height and weight of your load. Send us the number of pallets, their dimensions and the approximate total weight, and we will confirm whether it fits and quote accordingly.
Do you cover Milton Keynes as well as Northamptonshire?
Yes. We are based in Wellingborough and run general haulage across Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes, including routes between the two. For other routes, send us both postcodes and we will confirm.
Do you offer regular contract haulage?
Yes. As well as one-off and urgent loads, we take on regular scheduled runs and contract work. Tell us how often you need transport, typical volumes and the routes involved.
Can you also move chilled or frozen goods?
Yes. For temperature-sensitive goods we use refrigerated vans, with the temperature recorded throughout the journey and a temperature report provided. See our refrigerated transport service.
What do you need from me for a haulage quote?
